Subject: Vietnamese Language Class
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am very glad that today, there are some Vietnamese Language Classes at UT campus.
Of more than 20,000 Vietnamese American who are living in Austin and its vicinity, the great majority of us are refugees from the Communist regime in Vietnam. Thus, we always expect that the Vietnamese American classes be taught by teachers who come from our community, not from viet cong.
There are many of us who are qualified to teach Vietnamese language. We have people with high education, background, and experience in this field in US.
We do not agree that UT invited a teacher from Communist Vietnam (viet cong) to handle the Vietnamese Classes. Recently, he, vỉet cong, posted on a UT official website his letter to call for students registering his class. On top of the webpage, he displays the red flag with yellow star of Communist Vietnam, a copy of chinese communist regime flag(all-red background and yellow stars).

Our Yellow background with three red stripes flag has gained the recognition from many States, Counties and Cities over the nation (US)
We are requesting the UT to offer the teaching job in Vietnamese Studies/Language to the qualified people from our community. We are very disappointed to see our children to be taught by our political opposing instructors who might carry our communist propaganda to poison our children.
Please, take this matter in serious consideration as we always have trust in the University of Texas.

If you Google "viet cong education system", you can have plenty to read of issues in Vietnamese Education, educational trustworthyness issues, people in Vietnam who are accepted to viet cong national university are people in communist party regardless of ranking low in qualification, consequently, your educational trustworthyness will be definitely affected.
Please do not let "viet cong" send spy to Ameria in any shapes or forms (UT school and US Internet hacking, UT school and US Internet Spying)
Please maintain and nuture Democratic and Freedom in America and Vietnam by not using viet cong for any services, especially in EDUCATION

Years ago (10?), San Jose CA city's library displayed the red with yellow star flag, mistaken for the Vietnamese community in the US. And the community's leadership had quickly contacted the library's staff and so it got changed to the yellow with 3 red stripes - the Free Vietnamese's flag. Above letter is one of the right/proper thing to do in this democratic world. Bravo.
