Subject: Petition to Nullify The Communist Vietnam's Extradition Request Before The Thailand's Court and To Quicken the Transfer to the U.S. of Innocent World-Renowned Freedom Fighter Ly Tong.
Dear Mr. President:
"Injustice Anywhere Is a Threat to Justice Everywhere." Martin Luther King Jr.
"Lack of freedom Anywhere Is a Hotbed of Terrorism Against Everywhere."
President George W. Bush.
Mr. Ly Tong, a Vietnamese-American freedom fighter who has been spending his lifetime fighting against communism and injustice anywhere in the world, has been unjustly incarcerated in Thai prisons for more than five years for his latest mission against evil and brutal Communist Vietnam by dropping the anti-communist leaflets urging his oppressed countrymen to stand up for their freedom.
As a Vietnamese-American, I respectfully request that you voice your concern to the Department of State about urging the Royal Thai government to seriously respect the 1982 Thai-U.S. Treaty of Cooperation on Execution of Penal Sentences to quicken the process of Mr. Ly Tong's transfer back to the United States.
I also would like to bring to your attention the possible conspiracy that would try to extradite Mr. Ly Tong from Thailand to Vietnam as demanded by the Vietnamese Communist government. Therefore, I urgently petition you to call the Department of State attention to Mr. Ly Tong's status in regard to this possible evil scheme.
Thank you very much for your attention.
