Tại Sao Bầu Cho Ông Trump Là Cách Lựa Chọn Tốt Về Đạo Đức?

Bây giờ ông Trump đã được sự đề cử của Đảng Cộng Hòa, tôi nghĩ việc bầu cho ông Trump là sự chọn lựa tốt về đạo đức. Chúng ta cần nói chuyện với nhau vì Nền Dân Chủ hoạt động tốt nhất khi các công dân bình tĩnh và kiên nhẫn thảo luận về những lý do của sự khác biệt.
Tôi đã không ủng hộ ông Trump trong mùa tranh cử sơ bộ. Tôi còn nói chuyện chống ông hồi Tháng 2, 2016. Nhưng bây giờ tôi muốn bầu cho ông vì ông là một ứng cử viên tốt tuy có khuyết điểm… Có vài sự buộc tội ông không đúng. Nhiều năm hoạt động kinh doanh cho thấy ông không kỳ thị hoặc chống các di dân hợp pháp. (Ông chỉ chống những di dân bất hợp pháp và vô trách nhiệm). Tôi nghĩ đây là những sự phóng đại bởi một nhóm báo chí hận thù, thêu dệt thêm bớt các lời nói bất cẩn của ông. (Ông không phải là nhà chính trị chuyên nghiệp lâu năm và ăn nói khôn khéo). Tôi nghĩ ông là một người yêu nước sâu xa và thực sự muốn điều tốt nhất cho đất nước này. Ông đã là người biết giải quyết công việc xuất sắc hơn người thường. Ông đã nuôi dạy những người con nổi bật, đáng chú ý. Nhiều người tiếp xúc và biết rõ ông đã khen ngợi ông về sự tử tế, sự quan tâm, và lòng hào hiệp.
Nhưng lý do chính khiến tôi gọi Ông Trump là “một ứng cử viên tốt tuy có khuyết điểm” vì tôi nghĩ những chính sách mà Ông ủng hộ sẽ mang lại nhiều lợi ích cho quốc gia. Nếu cuộc bầu cử Tháng 11 này có kết quả gần nhau (dường như là như vậy) thì người nào bầu bằng cách viết tên bất cứ ai khác vào, thay vì bầu cho Ông Trump, thì hành động này sẽ trực tiếp giúp bà Clinton, bởi bà ta chỉ cần ít đi 1 phiếu để thắng. Do đó, câu hỏi dành cho người theo đạo Christian là: Liệu lương tâm tôi có yên ổn không khi tôi giúp một người phóng túng (liberal) như Hillary Clinton thắng cử?
Dưới thời Obama, một chính quyền liên bang phóng túng đã cai trị quá nhiều vào cuộc sống của chúng ta. Nhưng nay có thể thay đổi việc này. Năm nay, chúng ta có cơ hội bất ngờ để đánh bại Hillary Clinton và các việc ủng hộ phá thai, sự lộn xộn về giới tính, chống tự do tôn giáo, tăng thuế và tiêu xài lớn của chính quyền phóng túng mà bà ta ủng hộ rất mạnh. Tôi tin rằng đánh bại loại hành sự phóng túng đó (that kind of liberalism) sẽ là một hành động đúng đắn về đạo đức. Từ đó, tôi nghĩ đến sức mạnh của những lời James nói: “Những ai biết việc cần phải làm mà không làm, đó là tội lỗi. “(James 4:17). Nhà tiên tri Obadiah quở trách dân chúng Edom vì chỉ đứng đó và không làm gì giúp trong khi người Babylonians chiếm lấy thành Jerusalem. Tôi viết bài này vì tôi nghi rằng nhiều người Christians không hiểu được là đất nước chúng ta sẽ khác hẳn ra sao khi Hillary Clinton hay Trump làm tổng thống. Hãy so sánh:
Tối Cao Pháp Viện (TCPV) với Clinton làm Tổng Thống (TT)
Clinton sẽ mau lẹ thay Thẩm Phán Antonin Scalia (vừa mất vào Tháng Hai 2016) bằng một liberal nữa như Breyer, Ginsburg, Sotomayor, và Kagan và giúp nhóm phóng túng chiếm đa số 5-4 ở Tối Cao Pháp Viện. Nhưng chưa xong đâu. Thẩm Phán Ginsburg nay 83 tuổi và đã bị ung thư ruột, ung thư lá lách, và có cây chống đỡ tim. Thẩm Phán Kennedy 80 tuổi. Thẩm Phán Breyer 78. Clinton có thể đề cử 3 hay 4 thẩm phán liberal vào TCPV, để giữ chặt lấy một nền tư pháp cực tả trong 30 năm hoặc hơn nữa. Bà ta cũng sẽ thêm 12 quan tòa vào các tòa án quận hạt thuộc liên bang và các tòa chống án, những tòa án với 99% các vụ kiện liên bang được quyết định. Tức là một loại tư pháp độc tài chúng ta đã thấy khi quyền phá thai và hôn nhân đồng giới tính đã ép buộc đất nước này phải cho họ thắng vĩnh viễn. Quốc gia này sẽ không còn được điều hành bởi người dân và những người đại diện họ, nhưng sẽ bị trị bởi các quan tòa chủ động, vô trách nhiệm, và không hề được bầu lên. Họ sẽ độc quyền ra lệnh cho ta bằng luật từ cái ghế họ ngồi, với bất cứ việc gì họ thích làm. Và sẽ không có ai trong hệ thống chính quyền có thể ngăn chận họ.
Cho nên tại sao cuộc bầu cử năm nay không phải chỉ về Hillary. Đây là về việc đánh bại chương trình nghị sự phóng túng cực tả (defeating the far left liberal agenda) mà bất cứ ứng viên Democrat nào cũng muốn thắng. Liberal Democrats hiện đang muốn thêm 1 Thẩm Phán TCPV cho mục đích tột đỉnh: Chiếm lấy sự kiểm soát hoàn toàn đất nước này với 5 phiếu bầu đa số ở TCPV, rồi áp đặt mọi chính sách phóng túng của họ trên quốc gia, không bằng cách thắng cử, mà bằng một chuỗi quyết định tự ý và bất tận của một TCPV phóng túng. Cho dù nếu Clinton có phải ra khỏi cuộc đua tranh cử này (có thể do sự khám phá thêm các email chấn động khác của bà, thí dụ như vậy), thì sự lựa chọn của chúng ta trong cuộc bầu cử này cũng vẫn vậy, vì bất cứ ứng viên Democrat nào khác, cũng sẽ chỉ định cùng loại thẩm phán phóng túng của họ vào TCPV.
Sự Phá Thai
Tòa án phóng túng sẽ quy định: việc ngăn chận phá thai là vi hiến, mà những người ủng hộ cho sự sống (pro-life advocates) đã bỏ công sức hoạt động không ngừng nghỉ hơn 43 năm qua. Hằng triệu em bé chưa được sinh ra sẽ tiếp tục chết.
Tự Do Tôn Giáo
Nhiều người Christians đã bị đẩy ra khỏi nghề nghiệp. Những người bán hoa, làm bánh ngọt, chụp hình, đã bị phá vỡ việc làm bởi số tiền phạt lớn, do họ từ chối phục vụ một đám cưới đồng giới tính. CEO Brendan Eich đã bị mất việc chỉ vì tặng tiền cho Proposition 8 in CA, ủng hộ hôn nhân giữa nam giới và nữ giới.
Các Chủ Nhân Kinh Doanh Christian
Hobby Lobby đã thắng vụ Supreme Court 2014 (với tỷ số áp đảo 5-4), nhưng vụ này có thể bị lật ngược lại nếu có thêm 1 thẩm phán phóng túng (liberal) sau năm 2016. Hobby Lobby (pro-life) sẽ phải quyết định ngưng bỏ kinh doanh, sẽ có 23,000 nhân viên mất việc với trị giá trên $3 tỉ dollars bán ra hằng năm, và tương tự với hằng ngàn người Christian khác sẽ mất việc…. Vậy có nên không bầu cho Donald Trump để sẽ phải chịu trả giá quá cao cho sự Mất Tự Do này không?
Các Trường Học và Đại Học Christian
Các luật phát huy việc tự do chọn trường học hoặc các chương trình trả học phí sẽ bị xem là vi hiến khi có nguồn tài trợ cho các trường Christian. Các học bổng cho các trường tư, bao gồm trường Christian đã chỉ được giữ (bởi tỉ số áp đảo 5-4) Supreme Court decision in Arizona Christian School Tuition Org v. Winn in 2011, và cả 4 thẩm phán phóng túng đã chống đối đó đang còn ngồi đây.
Tối Cao Pháp Viện (TCPV) với Trump làm Tổng Thống (TT)
Trump đã đưa ra danh sách 11 quan tòa bảo thủ (conservative judges) mà ông sẽ đề cử vào TCPV. Nếu Trump chỉ định 1 người trong danh sách để thay Thẩm Phán Scalia (đã mất), thì ta sẽ thấy được tỉ số 5-4 hay 6-3 mà đa số là quan tòa bảo thủ ở Supreme Court. Kết quả sẽ tốt vô cùng cho đất nước này. Vì sẽ mang lại quyền kiểm soát cho nhân dân và những đại diện thắng cử của họ, thoát khỏi các quan tòa độc tài luôn ra luật theo ý riêng, từ cái ghế ngồi độc chiếm của họ.
Sự Phá Thai
Tối Cao Pháp Viện dân chủ đó sẽ lật ngược luật Roe v. Wade và trả lại Việc Quy Định Phá Thai cho các tiểu bang quyết định, như trước đây.
Tự Do Tôn Giáo
Một tòa án bảo thủ sẽ mạnh mẽ bảo vệ The First Amendment, tức là Tự Do Tôn Giáo và Tự Do Phát Biểu. Các huấn luyện viên của football teams sẽ được phép cầu nguyện trước khi tranh đua hay học sinh được cầu nguyện ở các buổi lễ tốt nghiệp trung học. Người Christians có quyền từ chối không tham gia việc phá thai hoặc các đám cưới đồng giới tính. Còn có cơ hội trả lại việc ấn định luật hôn nhân cho các tiểu bang. (để chính quyền liên bang không chiếm quyền quá đáng như hiện nay).
Thuế và Việc Làm
Ông Trump đã hứa sẽ giảm thuế đáng kể, trong khi Clinton muốn tăng thuế. Trump hứa giảm thuế cho các công ty lớn để mở rộng kinh doanh và tạo thêm rất nhiều việc làm với đồng lương gia tăng. Với thuế individual, Trump muốn 25% trong khi Clinton muốn 45%. Đa số các kinh doanh nhỏ nộp đơn với individual rate này. Một lần nữa, việc giảm thuế của Trump sẽ tạo thêm nhiều businesses và nhiều việc làm. Nền kinh tế của chúng ta sẽ bước ra khỏi 8 năm thiếu hụt (từ Obama).
Dân Thiểu Số
Hai lý do sâu xa của cái nghèo giữa các nhóm thiểu số và sự căng thẳng chủng tộc ở nước ta là: sự thất bại của các trường công ở trong các thành phố và sự thiếu việc làm. Trump đã bày tỏ trách nhiệm sẽ giải quyết 2 vấn đề này trong Bài Diễn Văn Nhậm Chức Tranh Cử của ông ở Đại Hội Toàn Quốc Cộng Hòa. Ông nói: “Gần như 4 trong 10 trẻ em da đen đang sống nghèo khổ và 58% người trẻ da đen thất nghiệp… Chính thể Obama đã thất bại bên trong các thành phố, thất bại về giáo dục, về việc làm và tội phạm.... Chúng ta sẽ giải cứu trẻ em từ các trường học thất bại bằng cách giúp cha mẹ gửi chúng tới một trường học an lành theo ý chọn lựa của họ. Trái lại, Clinton sẽ chọn teacher’s unions và chống lại sự lựa chọn trường học, sẽ thắt cổ business với thuế cao và luật lệ.
Quân Đội
Ông Trump hứa sẽ nhanh chóng khôi phục quân lực đang yếu sức của chúng ta, nhưng Clinton sẽ tiếp tục chính sách liberal cắt xén tài trợ cho quân đội (của Obama). Điều này nguy hiểm trong khi các mối đe dọa đã gia tăng từ China, Rusia, Iran, và khủng bố ISIS.
Biên Giới
Ông Trump hứa sẽ giữ vững biên giới, một nhu cầu bức thiết để bảo vệ quốc gia từ sự gia tăng của khủng bố và buôn lậu ma túy. Clinton sẽ không làm việc này mà còn tiếp tục cho phép di dân vào Mỹ (không cần biết khả năng tài trợ) vì bà ta nghĩ tới cái lợi - họ sẽ là hằng ngàn cử tri cho Đảng Democrat của bà.
Tổ Chức ISIS và Việc Khủng Bố
Ông Trump nguyện tấn công mạnh mẽ và đánh bại ISIS thật sự. Clinton sẽ tiếp tục chính sách thiếu máu của Obama trong việc thả bom giới hạn, nên ISIS đã tiếp tục gia tăng mạnh mẽ. (như đã thấy ở Nice của nước Pháp; California, Florida của Mỹ…)
China và Russia
Ông Trump sẽ không để cho China, Russia, và Iran xô đẩy chúng ta vòng vòng nữa như Obama đã làm, với Clinton ủng hộ, khi bà ta còn là Bộ Trưởng Ngoại Giao. Nếu có gì xảy ra, Trump cứng chắc như đinh đóng cột, và không để bị bọn du côn lấn hiếp.
Isreal
Ông Trump hứa sẽ bảo vệ và ủng hộ Isreal, trong khi Clinton sẽ hầu như tiếp tục cái lối chỉ trích, khinh khi, và vô hiệu hóa họ của Obama, đối với nước Isreal, đồng minh lâu dài của chúng ta.
Năng Lượng
Ông Trump nói sẽ cải thiện đường ống dầu Keystone và cho phép khoan dầu, đưa tới việc hạ giá năng lượng và cung cấp thêm hằng ngàn việc làm. Hạ giá năng lượng giúp mọi người, nhất là người nghèo.
Trái lại, Clinton sẽ hủy bỏ kỹ nghệ mỏ than, gây ra sự tăng vọt giá năng lượng.
Lệnh Hành Pháp và Phòng Tắm
Ông Trump hứa kết thúc hợp pháp những lệnh hành xử gây phiền hà, thiệt hại nhất của TT Obama. Vậy ông sẽ chấm dứt sự suy thoái đạo đức áp đặt lên chúng ta hiện nay bởi một chương trình nghị sự phóng túng, bao gồm lệnh bắt buộc các trường học phải cho phép con trai đi vào phòng tắm và phòng đựng đồ của con gái, hòng thách đố ý nguyện của đa số người dân Mỹ. Nhưng hầu như Clinton sẽ tiếp tục và mở rộng những chính sách phóng túng này của Obama.
Ngành Y Tế Sức Khỏe
Ông Trump sẽ bỏ đi Obamacare, vì nó đang hủy hoại hệ thống chăm sóc sức khỏe của quốc gia, và thay thế nó bằng một hệ thống thị trường tự do cạnh tranh và giá cả vừa phải, với các công ty có khả năng bán bảo hiểm xuyên qua khắp các tiểu bang. Như vậy sẽ hạ giá bảo hiểm đáng kể ở các tiểu bang mà hiện tại chỉ có các hãng bảo hiểm cao giá. Nhưng Clinton sẽ tiếp tục làm sao cho chính quyền liên bang nắm quyền sinh sát trên toàn thể kỹ nghệ y tế về sức khỏe.
Người Dân Không Được Bảo Vệ
Người dân ở khu có lợi tức thấp không thể tìm việc làm tốt và trường học tốt cho con họ, không cảm thấy được bảo vệ khỏi tội phạm, và thấy là tiền dành dụm về hưu không đủ sống vì không có tiền lời ở ngân hàng qua bao năm tháng. Ông Trump đã nói trong Bài Diễn Văn Chấp Nhận Sự Đề Cử, Tháng 7, 2016: “Mỗi sáng thức dậy, tôi đã quyết định phải giúp đỡ những người nghèo tôi đã gặp trên mọi nẻo đường đất nước, đã bị bỏ quên, bị bỏ rơi, không ai biết đến… Tôi vừa mới gia nhập đấu trường chính trị để hy vọng người có quyền hành không còn lấn hiếp những người không thể tự bảo vệ được mình.”
Công dân Mỹ đã nhận ra ông Trump đã xây dựng nghề nghiệp bằng cách lắng nghe các chuyên viên, bằng cách thực sự giải quyết vấn đề, và hoàn thành công việc. Họ ý thức là ông Trump không đạt được $4 tỷ dollars bằng cách ngu dại (Trump didn’t earn $4 billion by being stupid), và trực giác của họ nói rằng ông Trump có thể chính xác đúng là người (the right person) có thể giải quyết những vấn đề lớn lao cho một đất nước đã đi sai đường quá xa, và đang bị kẹt cứng trong ổ khóa chính trị. Sự hiểu biết thông thường cho họ thấy là nước Mỹ sẽ là một nơi tốt đẹp hơn nếu họ không còn sợ hãi khi nói “Merry Christmas”, hoặc nói con trai khác con gái, hoặc nói những tên khủng bố Islamic là những tên khủng bố Islamic, như dưới thời Obama.
Họ buồn đau khi bị xem thường bởi tính trưởng giả khinh người của giới giàu có liberal, bọn đặc quyền đặc lợi này đang nắm quyền khống chế đất nước. Đó là lý do tại sao họ cổ vũ, hoan hô khi ông Trump thường xuyên đập vỡ họng súng nói năng cho đúng kiểu chính trị khuôn thước giả dối (politically correct speech) của bọn này. Họ đã tìm thấy nơi ông: một người cho họ hy vọng, và họ ủng hộ ông với số hằng ngàn, hằng triệu.
Cá Tính Con Người Có Quan Trọng Không?
Tôi tin là có, nhưng tôi nghĩ cá tính của Ông Trump tốt hơn rất nhiều khi so sánh với các thủ đoạn chính trị lem luốc hiện nay, và tốt hơn hẳn cá tính của đối thủ của ông là Hillary. Hãy suy xét đến kết quả hầu như tốt nhất khi bầu Ông Trump là vì Ông ta sẽ điều hành xứ sở như ông đã hứa, mang lại nhiều tốt đẹp hơn cho quốc gia. Nhưng cái kết quả không bầu cho ông Trump là: quý vị sẽ bỏ rơi hằng ngàn trẻ em chưa sinh sẽ chết dưới tay Tối Cao Pháp Viện của Clinton, hằng ngàn tín đồ Thiên Chúa sẽ mất việc đã từng làm lâu dài, hằng ngàn người nghèo sẽ không thể tìm được việc làm lương cao hơn trong nền kinh tế bị chính phủ trù dập, hằng ngàn trẻ em trong các thành phố sẽ không bao giờ được giáo dục tốt, hằng ngàn người bệnh tật, người già, sẽ không được chăm sóc y tế thích hợp khi chính phủ là cơ quan cung cấp y tế độc quyền, hằng ngàn người Mỹ sẽ bị giết chết bởi bọn khủng bố ISIS vào nước Mỹ không qua kiểm tra lý lịch, hằng triệu người dân Do Thái ở Isreal sẽ phải tự chiến đấu trong cô đơn với các kẻ thù nguy hiểm bao quanh.
Và quý vị là người sẽ đóng góp vào việc đánh mất đi một hệ thống chính phủ Mỹ tự do, vì sự chiến thắng tối hậu của một nền tư pháp độc tài và vô trách nhiệm. Khi tôi nhìn vào nước Mỹ cách này, lương tâm tôi, và sự phán xét đạo đức có suy nghĩ của tôi, đã nói với tôi là, tôi phải bầu cho Ông Donald Trump, vì ứng cử viên này là người hầu như sẽ làm những việc tốt nhất cho Hợp Chủng Quốc Hoa Kỳ.

Why Voting for Donald Trump Is a Morally Good Choice

Now that Trump has won the GOP nomination, I think voting for Trump is a morally good choice… And we need to keep talking with each other – because democracies function best when thoughtful citizens can calmly and patiently dialog about the reasons for their differences. This is my contribution to that discussion.
I did not support Trump in the primary season. I even spoke against him at a pastors’ conference in February. But now I plan to vote for him. He is a good candidate with flaws… Some of the accusations hurled against him are unjustified. His many years of business conduct show that he is not racist or anti-(legal) immigrant. (He against only irresponsible and illegal immigrants)– I think these are unjust magnifications by a hostile press exaggerating some careless statements he has made. I think he is deeply patriotic and sincerely wants the best for the country. He has been an unusually successful problem solver in business. He has raised remarkable children. Many who have known him personally speak highly of his kindness, thoughtfulness, and generosity. But the main reason I call him “a good candidate with flaws” is that I think most of the policies he supports are those that will do the most good for the nation. If this election is close (which seems likely), then if someone votes for a write-in candidate instead of voting for Trump, this action will directly help Hillary Clinton, because she will need one less vote to win. Therefore, the question that Christians should ask is this: Can I in good conscience act in a way that helps a liberal like Hillary Clinton win the presidency?
Under President Obama, a liberal federal government has seized more and more control over our lives. But this can change. This year we have an unusual opportunity to defeat Hillary Clinton and the pro-abortion, pro-gender-confusion, anti-religious liberty, tax-and-spend, big government liberalism that she champions. I believe that defeating that kind of liberalism would be a morally right action. Therefore, I feel the force of the words of James: “Whoever knows the right thing to do and fails to do it, for him it is sin” (James 4:17). But the teachings of Scripture do not allow us to escape moral responsibility by saying that we decided to do nothing. The prophet Obadiah rebuked the people of the Edom for standing by and doing nothing to help when the Babylonians conquered Jerusalem. I am writing this article because I doubt that many Christians have understood what an entirely different nation would result from Hillary Clinton as president, or a Trump presidency would be.
The Supreme Court with Clinton as president
Hillary Clinton would quickly replace Justice Scalia with another liberal like Breyer, Ginsburg, Sotomayor, and Kagan. This would give liberals a 5-4 majority on the Supreme Court even without Justice Kennedy, and 6-3 when he votes with them.
But that is not all. Justice Ginsburg is 83, and she has had colon cancer, pancreatic cancer, and has a heart stent. Justice Kennedy is 80. Justice Breyer is 78. A President Clinton could possibly nominate three or four justices to the Supreme Court, locking in a far-left activist judiciary for perhaps 30 or more years. She could also add dozens of activist judges to federal district courts and courts of appeals, the courts where 99% of federal lawsuits are decided. Judicial tyranny of the type we have seen when abortion rights and same-sex marriage were forced on the nation would gain a permanent triumph.
The nation would no longer be ruled by the people and their elected representatives, but by unelected, unaccountable, activist judges who would dictate from the bench about whatever they were pleased to decree. And there would be nothing in our government system that anyone could do to stop them. That is why this election is not just about Hillary Clinton. It is about defeating the far left liberal agenda that any Democratic nominee would champion. Liberal Democrats are now within one Supreme Court justice of their highest goal: gaining permanent control of the nation with a five vote majority on the Supreme Court, and then relentlessly imposing every liberal policy on the nation not through winning elections but through a relentless parade of one Supreme Court decision after another. Even if Clinton were to drop out of the race (perhaps due to additional shocking email disclosures, for example), our choice in the election would be just the same, because any other Democratic nominee would appoint the same kind of liberal justices to the Court.
Abortion
On abortion, a liberal court would probably find the ban on partial-birth abortion to be unconstitutional (it was upheld by only a 5-4 majority in Gonzalez v. Carhart, 2007). In addition, the court could find an absolute “right to abortion” in the Equal Protection Clause of the Constitution and then sweep away with one decision that most or all of the restrictions on abortion that pro-life advocates worked for tirelessly over the last 43 years, including ultrasound requirements, waiting periods, parental consent requirements, and prohibitions on non-doctors performing abortions… Nobody would campaign any more for laws to limit abortions, because any such laws would be unconstitutional. Millions of unborn children would continue to die.
Religious Liberty
The current liberal agenda often includes suppressing Christian opposition to its views. So a liberal court would increasingly nullify rights of conscience with respect to forced participation in same-sex marriage ceremonies or expressing moral objections to homosexual conduct. Already Christians are being pushed out of many occupations. Florists, bakers, and professional photographers have had their businesses destroyed by large fines for refusal to contribute their artistic talents to a specific event, a same-sex wedding ceremony to which they had moral objections. In our military services, many high-ranking officers have quietly been forced to resign because they were unwilling to give support to the homosexual agenda. Mozilla/Firefox CEO Brendan Eich was pushed out from his own company merely because he had donated money to Proposition 8 in California, supporting marriage between one man and one woman.
Christian Business Owners
If Clinton appoints just one more liberal justice, it is likely that many Christian business owners will be targeted. Hobby Lobby won its 2014 Supreme Court case (again 5-4), so it was not compelled to dispense abortifacients to its employees, but that case could be reversed (the four liberal justices in the minority, Ginsburg, Breyer, Sotomayor, and Kagan, are still on the court). If that case is overturned, it would force Hobby Lobby out of business, because the Green family had said they would shut down the company of 23,000 employees and over $3 billion in annual sales if they lost the decision. The implications for other Christian business owners with pro-life convictions are ominous. These incidents show that it is not an exaggeration to say that, under a liberal Supreme Court resulting from Hillary Clinton’s election, Christians would increasingly experience systematic exclusion from hundreds of occupations, with thousands of people losing their jobs... Is withholding a vote from Donald Trump important enough to pay this high a price in Loss of Freedom?
Christian schools and colleges
Campus ministries like Cru and Inter Varsity have already been forced off of many university campuses following the 5-4 Supreme Court decision CLS v. Martinez (2010), which upheld the exclusion of the Christian Legal Society from the campus of Hastings College of Law in San Francisco…With regard to elementary and high schools, laws promoting school choice or tuition voucher programs would likely be declared unconstitutional if they allowed such funding to go to Christian schools. A tax credit program for scholarships to private schools, including Christian institutions, was only upheld by a 5-4 Supreme Court decision in Arizona Christian School Tuition Organization v. Winn in 2011, and all four liberal justices who voted against it are still on the court.
The Supreme Court with Trump as president
Trump has released a list of 11 conservative judges to show the kind of nominee he would appoint to the Supreme Court…Trump has said he would rely primarily on advice from the Federalist Society, the organization that promotes the “original meaning” view so strongly exemplified by Justice Scalia before his death. If Trump would appoint a replacement for Scalia from his list of 11, and probably one or two other Supreme Court justices, then we could see a 5-4 or even 6-3 majority of conservative justices on the Supreme Court. The results for the nation would be overwhelmingly good. Such a Supreme Court would finally return control of the nation to the people and their elected representatives, removing it from dictatorial judges who repeatedly make law from their own bench.
Abortion
Such a court would likely overturn Roe v. Wade and return Abortion Laws and the Regulation of Abortion to the states.
Religious Liberty
A conservative court would vigorously uphold the First Amendment, protecting Freedom of Religion and Freedom of Speech for Christian colleges, ministries, and churches. Such a court would likely overturn the horribly destructive decision in Lemon v. Kurtzman (1971) that changed the meaning of the First Amendment and ruled that a government action “must not have the primary effect of either advancing or inhibiting religion” (note: not a specific denomination but “religion” in general). A conservative court would likely declare that the First Amendment was only intended to prohibit the establishment of a state-sponsored church or denomination.
Such a decision would once again allow coaches to pray with their football teams before a game, and would allow visiting clergy to be invited to give a prayer at high school graduation ceremonies. It would restore true freedom of religion as the First Amendment intended.
It would also protect freedom of conscience for Christians who object to participating in abortions, or dispensing abortifacient medicines, or who do not wish to participate in same-sex wedding ceremonies. It is also possible that a conservative Supreme Court would eventually return control of marriage to the states.
Taxes and Jobs
Trump has pledged to cut taxes significantly, while Clinton wants to raise them. Trump is advocating a 15% tax rate for corporations rather than the current 35%. Lower corporate taxes would lead to business expansion and a massive increase in available jobs and higher pay levels. For individual taxpayers, Trump favors a top rate of 25%, but for Clinton it’s 45%. Most small businesses file under this individual rate, so once again Trump’s lower taxes would result in substantial expansion of businesses and many more jobs. Finally, our economy would snap out of its eight years of anemic growth.
In my judgment, Christians should support lower tax rates that would lead to more jobs, because Obama’s economic policies for the last eight years have hurt lower income and low-middle income families the most. Many can’t even find jobs, and others can’t find full-time jobs. Those who have jobs struggle to survive with no meaningful pay raises year after year. It is no surprise that these are the people who are supporting Trump in overwhelming numbers. Tax rates are also a good indicator of government control. Higher tax rates mean greater government control of our lives, while Lower Tax Rates indicate Greater Freedom for Citizens.
Minorities
Two of the deepest causes of poverty among minority groups and racial tensions in our country are failing public schools in our inner cities and lack of available jobs. Trump expressed a commitment to solve these problems at several points in his Acceptance Speech at the Republican Convention. He pledged to reduce taxes and regulations, leading to many more jobs. And he said:
“Nearly 4 in 10 African-American children are living in poverty, while 58% of African-American youth are not employed… This (Obama) administration has failed America’s inner cities. It’s failed them on education. It’s failed them on jobs. It’s failed them on crime… Every action I take, I will ask myself: Does this make life better for young Americans in Baltimore, Chicago, Detroit, Ferguson who have as much of a right to live out their dreams as any other child in America?... We will rescue kids from failing schools by helping their parents send them to a safe school of their choice.”
By contrast, Clinton will bow to the teachers’ unions and oppose school choice at every turn, and she will continue to strangle businesses with high taxes and regulations, preventing job growth.
The military
Trump has promised to rapidly rebuild our depleted military forces, but Clinton would continue the liberal policy of eviscerating them through denying funding. This is dangerous in light of increasing threats from China, Russia, Iran, and ISIS.
Borders
Trump has repeatedly promised that he will finally secure our borders, an urgent need to protect the nation from ever more terrorists and drug smugglers. Clinton will not do this but will continue to allow (immigrants) in what she thinks will be thousands of future Democratic voters (for her Democrat party).
ISIS and Terrorism
Trump has pledged to aggressively attack and utterly defeat ISIS. Clinton will continue the anemic Obama policy of periodic bombing runs and drone attacks, under which ISIS has continued to thrive. (as we have seen in Nice, France, CA, …)
China and Russia
Trump will not let China and Russia and Iran push us around anymore, as Obama has done, with Hillary Clinton’s support when she was secretary of state. If Trump is anything, he is tough as nails, and he won’t be bullied.
Israel
Trump has promised to vigorously defend and support Israel, while Clinton will most likely continue the Obama administration’s criticism, snubbing, and marginalization of Israel, our long term ally.
Energy
Trump has said he will approve the Keystone oil pipeline and grant more oil drilling permits, leading to lower energy costs and providing thousands of jobs. Lower energy costs help everybody, but the poor most of all. Clinton, by contrast, will make fracking nearly impossible and essentially abolish the coal industry, causing energy prices to skyrocket.
Executive Orders and Bathrooms
Trump has promised to rescind many of the most objectionable executive orders given by President Obama, so he will likely end the compulsory moral degradation forced on us by a liberal agenda, including orders forcing schools to allow boys in girls’ bathrooms and locker rooms, in defiance of the will of the vast majority of Americans. But Hillary Clinton would likely perpetuate and expand these policies of Obama.
Health Care
Trump will work to repeal Obamacare, which is ruining the nation’s health care system, and replace it with an affordable free market system in which companies have the ability to sell insurance across state lines, thus substantially lowering insurance prices especially in those states that currently allow only high-priced “Cadillac” insurance plans. But Clinton would continue to work relentlessly toward federal government control of our entire health care industry.
The Unprotected
Trump will finally begin to recognize and protect what Wall Street Journal writer Peggy Noonan calls “the unprotected” in America -- people in lower income areas who cannot find good jobs, cannot find good schools for their children, do not feel protected from crime, and find their retirement savings are not enough because for years they have been earning no interest in the bank. Trump said in his acceptance speech, “Every day I wake up determined to deliver for the people I have met all across the nation that have been neglected, ignored, and abandoned… I have joined the political arena so that the powerful can no longer beat up on people that cannot defend themselves.”
These American citizens recognize that Trump has built a business career on listening to experts, solving problems, and getting things done. They realize that Trump didn’t earn $4 billion by being stupid, and their instinct says that he might be exactly the right person to solve some of the biggest problems in a nation that has for too long been headed in the wrong direction and stuck in political gridlock.
They may not have college degrees but their old-fashioned common sense tells them that America would be a much better place if we no longer had to be afraid to say “Merry Christmas,” or that boys are different from girls, or that Islamic terrorists are Islamic terrorists - under Obama’s administration. They’re sick and tired of being condescended to by the snobbish moralism of the liberal elites who dominate the power centers in our nation. That is why they cheer when Trump repeatedly violates the canons of politically correct (pc) speech. They have found in him someone who gives them hope, and they are supporting him by the thousands.
Does character matter?
I believe that character does matter, but I think Trump’s character is far better than what is portrayed by much current political mud-slinging, and far better than his opponent’s character (Hillary). Consider the most likely result of voting for Trump is that he will govern the way he promises to do, bringing much good to the nation.
But the most likely result of not voting for Trump is that you will be abandoning thousands of unborn babies who will be put to death under Hillary Clinton’s Supreme Court, thousands of Christians who will be excluded from their lifelong occupations, thousands of the poor who will never again be able to find high-paying jobs in an economy crushed by government hostility toward business, thousands of inner-city children who will never be able to get a good education, thousands of the sick and elderly who will never get adequate medical treatment when the government is the nation’s only healthcare provider, thousands of people who will be killed by an unchecked ISIS, and millions of Jews in Israel who will find themselves alone and surrounded by hostile enemies.
And you will be contributing to a permanent loss of the American system of government due to a final victory of unaccountable judicial tyranny. When I look at it this way, my conscience, and my considered moral judgment tell me that I must vote for Donald Trump as the candidate who is most likely to do the most good for the United States of America.

This past Summer, Hillary' s campaign released a report from her personal physician, Dr. Lisa Bardack, which said that Hillary had recovered from a concussion and a blot clot on her brain that caused her to faint in 2012. But that was not the the whole story.
In fact, Hillary ' uncertain health, including blinding headaches, dizziness, and a trembling in her hands has forced her to cancel several meetings and cut back on her campaign schedule.
She tells friend that her doctors cant't find any definitive problem, but Bill Clinton is so worried about her health situation that he urge her to travel with a full time doctor to prevent another fainting spell, which could doom her campaign for president.
3) The younger brother scandal.
While Hillary was Secretary of State, her younger brother, Tony RODHAM was appointed to the advisory board of VCS Mining, a US- based company that receive a gold mining contract in Haiti.
At the time , Bill Clinton was the UN special envoy to Haiti, and Hillary had a deceive say over American's multimillion -dollar relief efforts in that earthquake-ravaged country.
Tony RODHAM admitted that he met the Chief Executive of VCS Mining at a meeting of the Clinton Global Initative. Tony told a reporter: "That gets me in touch with the Haitian officials. I hound my brother-in law, because it-s his fund that we're going to get our money from."
4) The Son-in-law scandal.
Hillary and Bill Clinton we're never enthusiastic about Chelsea's 2010 marriage to MARC MEZVINKSY , whose after EDWARD, spent 80 months in prison for bank, mail and wire fraud. But when Chelsea announced she was pregnant, in the Spring of 2014 the Clinton's attitude toward Marc underwent a noticeable change.
Marc became more than a friend of the Clinton family; he was now a friend with benefits. He met with a series of wealthy investors who had close ties to Bill and Hillary, including Lloyd C. Blankfein , the CEO of Goldman Sachs, which had paid Bill millions of dollars for speeches. Some of the money men who invested heavily in Marc's hedge fund, EAGLEVALE Partners, lost their shirts when his investments in Creek bank stocks went bast.

Another interviewee, an intern at Foggy Bottom, described how he was ordered to gather up Clinton Foundation fundraising papers strew all over Hillary' s conference table after meeting. Among those who attended that meeting about foundation business were Hillary's chief aides. HUMA ABELIN and CHERYL MILLS.
2) The uranium sale scandal.
During her time at the State Department, Hillary voted to approve the sale of more than 20 percent of the US' uranium production capacity to ROSATOM, the Russian atomic energy agency.
While the deal was going through, the company behind the uranium sale made 4 donations to the Clinton Foundation totally $ 2.5 million.
And shortly before the deal was finalized, Bill a clinton was invited to MOSCOW, where he was paid $ 500,000 to give a speed. In total, Bill Clinton made almost $48 million in speaking fees while his wife was Secretary of State.
